This Laudatory plaque was first awarded at TGRA's 10th Annual Rodeo, and is given in the memory of Nathan Chowning and all other contestants who have passed before. The recipient may be a member of any of the International Gay Rodeo Associations who has demonstrated the most fitting combination of enthusiasm , try, good will and eagerness to help others, both in the arena and out, as voted by fellow contestants after the final performance on Sunday of the annual Fall TGRA rodeo.
