Booth Information

ONLY OUTDOOR BOOTHS ARE AVAILABLE, INDOOR BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT!,
Booth Space is available on a first paid-first placed basis. The first completed contracts with payment will be given priority space, as decided by the Vendor Chair. We will provide security but will assume no responsibility for items during the rodeo or left at the booth space overnight. Electrical outlets are available. You may set up your booth any time after 10:00 am on Friday, April 12, 2024. Please check with the Vendor Chair for your booth placement and to pick up your Vendor Passes. Vendor must provide their table and chairs

10’ X 10’ outdoors, Includes 2 Vendor Passes

Double Booth, $80.00
10′ x 20′ Outdoors, Includes 3 Vendor Passes

Triple Booth, $120.00
10′ x 30′, Outdoors, Includes 4 Vendor Passes

Non-Profit Booth, Free, must provide proof of non-profit status
